Day 1:
starts with an registration's (water counter for all)/ inaugration ceremony(mineral water on head table!)- quick tea/coffee with light snack
n/v lunch for all delegates multi cuisine and well balanced menus- to satisfy all delegates come from all parts of India and abroad
evening t/c with one snack.

Day 2:
Morning t/c – n/v lunch - evening t/c with snack
gala dinner – BIG fancy set-up, cocktail dinner with unlimited snacks – well managed and very fast bar counter’s – good spread of food – here basically we must remember that the organizer’s want to put there best foot forward to satisfy delegates – there will be fancy dances/ fashion shows and other entertainment provided(not by USK).

Day 3:
morning t/c – n/v lunch – In addition to the above – all exhibitions/ conferences need a cafeteria set-up in a separate area(away from the delegates scene) which cater’s to the visitors and stall holder’s. here the variety should be there through the day – USK sets it up nicely like a coffee shop with round tables, etc – the pricing has to be very economical- so as to even he worker’s on the exhibitors stall can easily afford tea/ lunch, etc.
